Overview
Ethan Gosden focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, residential real estate, and business planning. He works with individuals and families in developing and implementing estate plans designed to meet their personal and financial goals, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related wealth and succession planning matters.

Ethan also represents executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, including probate proceedings and estate tax matters. In addition, he assists clients with residential real estate transactions, business succession planning, and transactions involving closely held businesses. Ethan enjoys the proactive nature of this practice and working closely with clients to plan ahead and work toward their legal and financial goals.
